This words can't fit the shoes of what our department has accomplished this Patron Saint's Day - a week long celebration to commemorate our Patron Saint, St. Agustin. Almost all of the events during this week long celebration was won by our department, from basketball men to the cheer dance competition. I know I didn't join these events but I am proud to be a part of our department.
After the mass the Fathers announced the winners of the theme and logo making which all the different departments of the school joined, we were so surprised and pleased that the winners of the theme and logo making were both from our department not to mention that those representatives of the department were from the seniors which made it double the celebration for us.

I think my favorite part of the Patron Saint's Day was the "salo-salo". This is because my section was crazy enough to eat military style or as we call it "budol fight" because we ate from banana leaves that we found at the middle of the park where we were assigned to eat, I know it may sound gross but we had fun and we enjoyed our lunch after all it's our last year.
During the cheer dance competition our department's cheer dancers only wore our prescribed PE uniform and just added some clothes but this didn't stop our dancers to dance their hearts out in the gym; the students of the cbaa department including me also supported our dancers by cheering them loudly in our seats which echoed inside the gym. And to our surprise we won the cheer dancing competition thanks to the support of the whole cbaa department.
All and all our department was the overall champion of this year, and I know a certain department is acting all bitter because we won in the cheer dance competition even if our uniforms were just PE uniforms but it's not just about the costumes but the cheers and support of the audience as well. Well I say to them "better luck next year".
